While converting ppm to mg m-3 is complicated (involving the molecular weight and the molar volume corrected for ambient temperature), converting ppm to % vol/vol is straightforward as 1% = 10,000 ppm.

I should also have said that the conversion shoud only be used for gases and vapours. Concentrations of particulate contaminants should be expressed in ppm (weight/vol) or mg m-3.
