Posted By Tracey Docking I'm trying to find a definition of when somebody is considered to be a homeworker or not. It's easy to identify permanentone,m ie who work solely based from home, but should everyone be considered a HW if they occasionally work from home from time to time so all the DSE Regs etc apply? A general rule - say so many hours per day or so many days per week would greatly help us deliver appropriate equipment, training etc. Can anyone advise me pse?
