I'm trying to find a definition of when somebody is considered to be a homeworker or not. It's easy to identify permanentone,m ie who work solely based from home, but should everyone be considered a HW if they occasionally work from home from time to time so all the DSE Regs etc apply?
A general rule - say so many hours per day or so many days per week would greatly help us deliver appropriate equipment, training etc. Can anyone advise me pse?

See the 'Teleworking' document on the IOSH website under 'Technical Information'.
