Posted By andy newman Does anyone have a really good risk assessment process they would be willing to share with me. I am particularly interested in implementation plans, how they clarified roles and responsibilities, training / briefing arrangements, monitoring, recording, auditing etc., Thanks Andy

Posted By Chris Uren Andy Start with the five steps to Risk assessment booklet, but also go for the Full document which is available via the HSE direct. It gives some good examples and is the stuff I use for most of my training. I have available some forms you could use and always willing to find somebody in our organisation to give advice. Also check out the site set up by Leeds City Council www.leeds.gov.uk/risk It is a good resource Chris at Effective Safety Ltd
