Posted By Andy Barker I would recommend you start with 2 HSE publications: HSG48 Reducing error and influencing behaviour and improving compliance with safety procedures (ISBN 0 7176 0970 7). The latter provides good tools for determining if you have technical, procedural or behavioural problems which may be helpful in leading you towards or away from a behavioural safety' program.
