Posted By Malcolm Hamilton Looking for a bit of guidence on WTD. When calculating hours for working time figures, how do you include holidays/sick etc. the scenario that I am dealing with is as follows.
2 x days holidays @ 8 hrs, 2 x working shifts @ 8.5 hrs, 1 x sick day @ 8 hrs, 2 x overtime @ 8 hrs,
total = 57 hrs
Is the method of calculation correct?
