Looking for a bit of guidence on WTD. When calculating hours for working time figures, how do you include holidays/sick etc. the scenario that I am dealing with is as follows.

2 x days holidays @ 8 hrs,
2 x working shifts @ 8.5 hrs,
1 x sick day @ 8 hrs,
2 x overtime @ 8 hrs,

total = 57 hrs

Is the method of calculation correct?

Why are you including holidays within your working time. Were you on call?

Not on call, thought holidays etc had to be included as a basic working day.
