Posted By David A Jones Yes! Accident books are covered by the Data Protection Act, so an individual is entitled to a copy of information pertaining to themselves

Posted By Neil Pearson Employees should be allowed free access. For one thing, the record allows employees to claim inductrial injury benefit.
