Posted By Mark Glynn ThomasThe company I work for are currently based in an old mill which has no means of disabled access, disabled toilets etc. We do not have any disabled employees at the moment, but do we have to put provisions in place now?

If you want to, e-mail me your phone number and I'll give you a bell. I've done a couple of DDA audits recently.

(Don't worry, even though I'm a leech on the backside of society, otherwise known as a 'consultant', no charge!)

If you can say that you will never ever be visited by a disabled peeron, then no, you don't.

However, bear in mind here are disabled inspectors, utility engineers, couriers, salespersons etc.

They are all entitled to "reasonable adjustment"
