Posted By Mark Glynn Thomas The company I work for are currently based in an old mill which has no means of disabled access, disabled toilets etc. We do not have any disabled employees at the moment, but do we have to put provisions in place now? Regards Mark

Posted By Laurie Mark If you can say that you will never ever be visited by a disabled peeron, then no, you don't. However, bear in mind here are disabled inspectors, utility engineers, couriers, salespersons etc. They are all entitled to "reasonable adjustment" Laurie
