Can anyone assist me? Does anyone have a procedure for dealing with serious incidents / accidents I can look at and adapt for my Service. For example, dealing with a fatality, who to contact initially i.e. Chief Exective, Police, HSE and the Media etc. All contributors will be contacted when I have completed my procedure if any improvements are made.
Thank you.

Stephen,
Although I am not condoning corporate maneouvers to avoid prosecution in the eventy of a serious accident - but should you not add specialist SHE lawyers in your list of people to contact immediately?
