Posted By Stephen Bridgehouse Can anyone assist me? Does anyone have a procedure for dealing with serious incidents / accidents I can look at and adapt for my Service. For example, dealing with a fatality, who to contact initially i.e. Chief Exective, Police, HSE and the Media etc. All contributors will be contacted when I have completed my procedure if any improvements are made. Thank you.
