Posted By Lumpy I know the changes will focus attention on adopting the principles of good occupational hygiene practice, rather than on the OES/MEL itself, however does anyone know when this is likely to come into effect, or when we will see changes to the COSHH Regs?

Posted By Heather Aston Jeff You are correct. Regs came out in Dec and some bits came into force in Jan. The new exposure limit framework and several other important bits, including the consideration of the principles of good practice for control of exposure, doesn't come into force until 6 April.
