They are paying for your expertise not for the cost of the paper / the equipment you are using - Think about the responsibility you are taking on - note the practitioner who was fined 4K for a poor risk asessment! Look at the average mechanics chargeout rate - not cheap are they - Generally I find that H&S pratitioners do not charge enough. I was getting as much in the late 1970's as some people appear to be getting today!?
