Posted By L Willox Does anyone know the name of a training video that was doing the rounds in the 90's which featured an american guy telling his personal accident story. He had been working in a oil/gas plant and had gone to close a valve bypassing many of the safety controls and ended up causing a fire where he received severe burns. It lasts about 45 minutes and goes into his treatment and the effects on his family. I think it was called something like "Whatever happened to (insert name here)". I can't find it anywhere and I am beginning to question myself as to whether I imagined it!

Posted By Merv Newman This sounds like a scenario from a typical american-made safety film. Try asking one of the US based safety web sites if they can help
