There will be an assumption that suitable H&S supervision was included in your contract prce unless you specifically excluded it - can't believe a client would go along with that unless they had sufficient supervision in place already. If there wasn't, or anything has changed that now leads you to believe that you must provide additonal supervision, you will have to go back to your client. Did you use a standard JCIB contract?
