Posted By Jim-F we have sub-contracted a job and we will take a mark up, but we want to put supervision on site and charge for it. does anyone know where Id find legislation that covers this.

Posted By Frank Hallett Depends on the contract Jim. There will be an assumption that suitable H&S supervision was included in your contract prce unless you specifically excluded it - can't believe a client would go along with that unless they had sufficient supervision in place already. If there wasn't, or anything has changed that now leads you to believe that you must provide additonal supervision, you will have to go back to your client. Did you use a standard JCIB contract?
