Posted By Ludovic Le Cam Required to prepare something on complacency, checked on the internet and got some bits and pieces. Therefore looking for external inputs such presentations, specific study reports, etc.. Thanks in advance

It's not clear which aspects of complacency that you're researching, but you could start off by having a trawl through the open IOSH forums for material that may give you some ideas. I would also suggest that you read the most recent , & the earlier versions, of the HSEs' "Revitalising H&S" and scour through some of the other info available on the HSE web-pages. "Revitalising is all about complacency at its most fundamental. Will you make your result public once you've completed? Frank Hallett

Posted By Frank Hallett Unrecognised or inadequately managed Compacency in any context has the abilty to lead to a potential disaster! Ludovic, you could also drag a great deal of inferences regarding compacency out of the various successful prosecutions by the HSe & LAs. Frank Hallett
