Posted By MichaelM Hi Gary Coming from a previous life as a H&S Manager / Biological Safety Officer in a testing laboratory oriented company (of which one was a Microbiology Lab with lots of love bacteria, mycoplasma etc) there is not an automatic requirement for vaccination but this must be based on full information on what is being dealt with. Some of the bacteria could be class 3 which would definitely require vaccination. There is a risk that in the event of full information not being available that an incorrect judgement could be made. It may prove useful to get advice from an OH provider or you could informally ask EMAS what they advise. Good luck Michael
