Posted By Claire Coen Hello, I have been given the task of creating a Company guidance note/procedure in relation to Ergonomics. As it is such a big subject i am having difficulties summarising the main points and as such, was wondering if anyone has had to anything similar and if so, could offer me any advice on how to tackle to subject. Your assistance with this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks Claire

Posted By Ron Hunter If someone has given you the task, then it must have been identified as a task that's needed (or at least worth doing) to deal with identified problems? What are the main issues? can you ask for a brief? As you say, a big project, and you'll need to bring your Procurement people on-board too. Does your Organisation design/supply goods with ergonomic implications for end users? Do you have issues with workforce chronic musculo-skeletal injuries? Does your line of work involve driving/company vehicles?
