Posted By Ron Hunter If someone has given you the task, then it must have been identified as a task that's needed (or at least worth doing) to deal with identified problems? What are the main issues? can you ask for a brief? As you say, a big project, and you'll need to bring your Procurement people on-board too. Does your Organisation design/supply goods with ergonomic implications for end users? Do you have issues with workforce chronic musculo-skeletal injuries? Does your line of work involve driving/company vehicles?
