The issue revolves around sites whos traffic flow has changed substantially in terms of vehicle size and usage since the site was laid out 40+ years. We have been introducing incremental changes but feel it is now time for a fundemental re-appraisal. I have seen the info available on the HSE website and will ensure we are applying the guidance, but it would be good to have a contact if I feel we need to consult further.

Mouchel Parkman is one of them that I have heard about although I have no personal experience with them myself as I am not involved in this sort of area.
