Hi,
I have just recieved my pay band in acordance with agenda for change, to say the least I am not very happy.
I have been placed on band 4.
Could any of my Colleagues that are going through this or have been through this please give me an idea of what band you are on or anticipating being on.
I have been informed that my job has been "matched" and I am curious to see what it has been matched with.
I can send a copy of my job description if it helps.

Mark,I am an agenda change traner and JE lead ,the national band for safety officers is 5,we looked at recruitment and retention prema to sustain our trust current salary and that was agreed.
If I can be of any help please let me know,you should appeal straight
waway and if you want let me have a look at your JD

Is there is a national profile for Health and Safety Advisors? the latest info on the DOH website does not list safety officer or h&s advisor.

There is no national profile for H&S although there is one for fire safety advisors, therefore I don't know how there can be a national banding for it.

Luton tPCT: I filled in a Job Analysis Questionnaire and was awarded Band 6. I am moving to Luton Partnership NHS Trust and that is also a Band 6.

For info
This months SHP is carrying an advertisement for
Health and Safety Advisor post within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust.
Post has been afforded Band 7 under AFC

Any other NHS Posts been Banded recently?
