Posted By Marc Hi, I have just recieved my pay band in acordance with agenda for change, to say the least I am not very happy. I have been placed on band 4. Could any of my Colleagues that are going through this or have been through this please give me an idea of what band you are on or anticipating being on. I have been informed that my job has been "matched" and I am curious to see what it has been matched with. I can send a copy of my job description if it helps. Kind regards, Marc..

Posted By David Mains There is no national profile for H&S although there is one for fire safety advisors, therefore I don't know how there can be a national banding for it.
