Posted By Aidan Toner I think the NEW angle on this story is that the Ombudsman for England and Wales has now set him/herself up as an expert on safety and cut across industry best practice priciples. NB-A headstone which fails the topple test can remain in situ as long as you inspect/OR hazard sign it??
