Posted By J Knight Hi Folks, Is there a recommended minimum frequency for cleaning the grease out of kitchen extractor ducting; and if so, where does the recommendation originate? I know they have to be cleaned out (Heathrow terminal fire), its just a question of how often. I'm talking care home/small hospital kitchens, John
