Posted By SeanThompson I cant seem to find anywhere how long risk assessments should be kept for? should i be 4 years to stay in line with accident forms?

Posted By Darren J Fraser We keep ours for 5 years, for all items that are assessed annually, and 10 years for all items that are assessed from any time period of 2 - 5 years. COSHH assessments we keep for 40 years along with the MSDS, these are scanned onto disk (saves space). It will be interesting to see others criteria for record keeping.
