I have to advise one of my trainers on some practical tips to include when conducting violence and aggression prevention training
could anyone who has run this type of training help
also if there are any good training videos on this subject that anyone might like to suggest I purchase

We put some training together for a client recently. Excellent source of info was the Suzy Lamplugh Trust (Spelling Error).

Hi, you don't indicate the setting/ area of work you are in. There are a few specialist companies around for staff dealing with clients in the care sector.
