I am wondering how do you control bulk tanker drivers when they delivering bulk chemicals on site? Do you request the drivers to fill in Permit to work as a pre-assessment? or you have any other ways to control them. Any example of Safe system of work, PTW or proforma is very welcomed and appreciated.

Have sent you a separate SOP by e-mail. Never seen need for P to W for such an operation. You also need to undertake a separate risk assessment.
