Posted By mark boath With reference to Riddor would the following alleged personal injury be reportable under Riddor. My understanding is that it would be reportable. Monday - alleged accident accident book entry Tues - completed shift Wed - Off work due to alleged injury Saturday - returns to work Weeks holiday Monday - Signed off work due to alleged injury
