With reference to Riddor would the following alleged personal injury be reportable under Riddor. My understanding is that it would be reportable.
Monday - alleged accident accident book entry
Tues - completed shift
Wed - Off work due to alleged injury
Saturday - returns to work
Weeks holiday
Monday - Signed off work due to alleged injury

yes, and I'm surprised that they employee hasnt tried to reclaim his holidays, because he was obviously to ill to enjoy them?

Sounds like the person involved returned to work on the Saturday for overtime?
