Posted By J Knight Hi Safetynut, Depending on what you want it for; did you know that FSOs are now saying that if you train people to use 'safer food - better business' properly they won't need any other training? That's what they've told us in a couple of parts of the country, at any rate, John

Posted By Safetynut A very Large chain of Restaurant outlets similar to "finger licken" if you know what i mean require kitchen cooking procedure manuals preparing due to a recent EHO inspection.

Posted By Adrian Clifton Contact your Local Authority Environmental Health Department. As far as I am aware, most of them will provide training in food safety and supply a hard copy of Safe Food, Better Business (Cooksafe for Scotland) which contains procedures, monitoring forms etc. Foundation course costs around £50 per head.
