Posted By Ron Hunter My own approach would be to confirm that the control measures as identified on the relevant risk assessments are (a) adequate in the context of the task(s) being carried out and (b) are being applied on site. In other words, suitable and sufficient risk assessments should be providing you with all the answers to your questions. Hope this helps.
