Dear all,

i am working as a HSE Executive in a telecommunication sector. I have to conduct site audits, so i need to make a audit checklist for working on Towers, height, masts and flat roofs.
Is there any body who works in telecommunication sector to help me by sending the audit checklist, so that later on i may modify the received checklist according to our requirements. I am waiting a positive reply from IOSH members.

Thanks!

Bit confused are you saying you are an Health and Safety Advisor or are you saying you work for the HSE?

My own approach would be to confirm that the control measures as identified on the relevant risk assessments are (a) adequate in the context of the task(s) being carried out and (b) are being applied on site. In other words, suitable and sufficient risk assessments should be providing you with all the answers to your questions. Hope this helps.

I would guess that 'zeeshan' is a Health Safety & Environmental Executive working for a telecom company based in Pakistan as the email suggests, but what difference does that make? If you have any useful contribution or info just give it.

To be fair to Jonathan, he probably jumped to the same conclusion as me and remained a tad confused as to why an HSE.gov operative would be asking for our help. Clearly that is not the case.

Sorry, not my area
