Just wondering if i could pinch a good example of a pre start up check for the use of Fork Lift Truck's and/or counter balance trucks.
Thanks in advance for any help :)

Many will argue about the need etc and if some actually do fill them in properly, but I still think it's a god idea as it gives the employee some responsibility for the vehicle they are operating.
You have email.

Spell checker can't tell me the difference between 'god' and 'good'. Neither can I :-0

How about checking the manual for the trucks or get one from the manafacturer.
All trained operators would have gone through this when being trained.
