Posted By TBC Many will argue about the need etc and if some actually do fill them in properly, but I still think it's a god idea as it gives the employee some responsibility for the vehicle they are operating. You have email. Regards

Posted By Salus How about checking the manual for the trucks or get one from the manafacturer. All trained operators would have gone through this when being trained.
