Posted By Robert S Woods Are First aid at work certificates still valid for three years. I say they are two safety reps are telling me the ACoP has changed and it is now 2 years. My understanding is this was a recommendation drawn from the consultation on amending the regs but was not acted upon. All help gratefully received.

Posted By Simon Birks Hi, There is a change happening to HSE FAW courses. Basically it will become a 3 day course and not 4, certificates still for 3 years (no change) but there will be a annual refresher course (3 hr) if you do not refresh then the full certificate becomes invalid.
