The occupation under examination is people who work with alcoholics and drug users in a residential and non residential centre i.e. drop in centre. Any advice would be appreciated. Posted By Lynn Try searching for information on 'challenging behaviour' rather than violence. I work for a charity which supports people with these behaviour patterns, and it is never refered to as 'violence'.
