I wonder how many would have been prevented if we went back to the (quite recent) days, when you could expect a HSE visit every couple of years.

Posted By Derek Carpenter The lack of visits is a clear negative but is it just me that thinks the standard of enforcers has gone down anyway? Most officers know a little about a lot but i wonder if knowing a lot about a little would create a more specialist approach? Before the rush to shoot the messenger, i am simply thinking aloud to encourage views!
