“Does anyone know of any restriction on the use of such paint, minimum height, use of signage etc.
I am worried that if we use it and people are contaminated they will make a claim. Any experience of its use would be welcomed.”

Hi
I believe that legal action can be taken against the owner of a premises with anti climb paint by any person affected by the paint applied below 2 metres from the ground

The minimum height is actually 2.7 metres as I understand it. This is to ensure that almost all people cannot reach it - other than the "giants" among us that is.
You need also to display adequate warning signs of the material. But I cannot give reference I am afraid as I cannot remeber where I read it now - it was some 15 years ago.

Thanks for the responses to date, it would appear that I will have to find another way of stopping children climbing on garage roofs!
