Posted By Anthony Edwards If you set up a management company and sub contract all your work and conduct contractor vetting via questionnaire's, conduct site visits to ensure that the sub contractors are conducting work in a safe manner what other issues should be addressed?

Posted By SteveD-M I would be looking at the contract and insurance liabilities for both parties as well as making sure the assessment process followed best practice in SESPA.
