Posted By Mark Eden Michael CDM Regulations apply to all construction work If the project is not notifiable a construction phase plan won't need to be produced, but H&S still needs to be managed as per the CDM Regs and all other H&S legislation.

Posted By Michael Carr Thanks Mark I realise that all other H&S applies to any building work. I've been asked a question for a pre course study program. The question is- "Research CDM 2007 Regulations and find out what sort of work the regs apply to" Is the answer any construction work or am I missing something?? Regards Mike
