just a quick question on CDM. does it only apply to notifiable projects?

CDM Regulations apply to all construction work
If the project is not notifiable a construction phase plan won't need to be produced, but H&S still needs to be managed as per the CDM Regs and all other H&S legislation.

I realise that all other H&S applies to any building work.

I've been asked a question for a pre course study program.

The question is-
"Research CDM 2007 Regulations and find out what sort of work the regs apply to"

Is the answer any construction work or am I missing something??

Correct, CDM Regs apply to all construction work, notifiable or not.

take a look at the CDM acop regulation 2 definitions of construction work. i do believe that this is what you are after.
