Posted By Baskaran Kumarasamy Thanks Andy, Bob and John for your responses. Andy, Ours is a steam boilers with 7bar pressure for which strict regulations apply. I think, you assumed as hot water boilers. Bob, Yes, we did consult our insurers , suppliers and operating staff, however every one points to the direction of risk assessment. They all say that it should be based on the risk assessment! Hence I am concerned. John, I will definitely consider all the points you mentioned in my risk assessment. Very useful points.
