The guy asked where he can get some information to read through to prepare for the interview not a lot of tut tuting and insults. Give the guy some sort of acknowledgement he is unsure and has asked for help. Get a copy of the RRFSO from the web and read it through it will give you an idea of the law as it stands, then go and have a look at BS 999:2008 but be careful it is quite expensive. Then have a quick look at the fire extinguisher installations and equipment on premises standard BS5306-8:2000 taht should give you a good basic understanding, but remember it is not all that you will need to know.
