Posted By steven n Base the induction around your Risk assessment, a Powerpoint presentation covering- Manual handling Electricity DSE Slips, trips and falls Fire precautions and actions Accident reporting procedures (inc First aid) Give the inductees info on welfare provisions etc, and whatever else you think they may need to know to ensure their safety.
