Just wondering where i could get some info or a template on compiling a safety induction for new employees who are offcie based.

Start with the DSE regulations

Base the induction around your Risk assessment, a Powerpoint presentation covering-
Manual handling
Electricity
DSE
Slips, trips and falls
Fire precautions and actions
Accident reporting procedures (inc First aid)
Give the inductees info on welfare provisions etc, and whatever else you think they may need to know to ensure their safety.

Start with 'Health and Safety' as 'Health' issues are probably more common place in an office environment.

emergency procedures
fire
first aid
health & safety policy
mgmt and employee responsibilities
local procedures and work systems
comms paths
