I find that being a good listener and a human being helps immensely.

I find a good, sturdy cricketer's 'box' helps when I'm in delicate negotiations. Unfortunately, I have to share it with the Fire Safety Officer so I suppose anyone who's got their own is likely to do a better job. Less worry about infections and such.

Someone who prioritises. Someone who looks for real solutions to real risks instead of concentrating on small insignificant risks that no-one is bothered about.

Much the same as responding to a thread really, concentrating on insignificant spelling mistakes instead of the actual question.

Oops! Sorry I bit didn't I....?!
