in your opinion what makes a good H+S proffesional,
i have been involved in safety for a number of years, what do you find works best for you??? zero tolerance??? or any other particular approach??

Posted By safetyamateur I find a good, sturdy cricketer's 'box' helps when I'm in delicate negotiations. Unfortunately, I have to share it with the Fire Safety Officer so I suppose anyone who's got their own is likely to do a better job. Less worry about infections and such.

Speelling isn't that impartant, thats what the American spell check is for on Word. :-)

Posted By Cliff Davis A good safety officer.............i find the common sense approach usually works for me, that an not listening to the bosses " nail the bar stewards to the wall" approach. PS - Aint spelcheker a wunnerful fing eh.

Posted By Phizzle Someone who prioritises. Someone who looks for real solutions to real risks instead of concentrating on small insignificant risks that no-one is bothered about.
Much the same as responding to a thread really, concentrating on insignificant spelling mistakes instead of the actual question.
