Quick question, am I right in assuming that it is the Principal Contracor who produces a Construction Phase Plan for notifiable projects. CDM C would review / advise client?? Thanks

Remember though the legal duty (Regulation 16) to ensure the Project does not proceed to the Construction Phase unless the Plan is adequate rests with the Client.

Duty of CDM-C to advise the client the CPP is sufficiently prepared etc. etc. The client does not have to see the CPP. That's what he appoints the CDM-C to do. "teamwork".
